We are open throughout the year from Monday to Friday – excepting bank holidays and for approximately 7 days over Christmas

We can take children all day from 8am to 5.45pm

Or you can use our half day options:

• Morning session 8am – 12 noon (includes a snack)
• Afternoon session 1pm – 5.45pm (includes tea)
• If time is tight your child can also stay for lunch (or until 2pm) for a nominal fee.

Fees are paid 1 month in advance
(We do not charge for bank holidays of course, but we do not refund fees if your child does not attend on a normal day)

We provide all children with a named nursery bag, which we ask you to use to provide a supply of spare clothes.

We take the safety of your children very seriously, so if they are going to be collected by anyone other than yourself please make sure you tell us in advance. Our doors are always kept locked and are only answered by a member of staff. We ask all our parents not to answer the door themselves if they are inside the nursery.

If your child is unable to attend because of illness or any other reason, it is important that you notify us as soon as possible.

In consideration of the other children it is important that children who are unwell are not brought to the nursery. If your child becomes unwell whilst they are with us, we will make every effort to contact you.
