The quality of childcare we provide is reflected in the quality of our workforce and we actively seek to recruit, train and develop the best. Our staff are fully qualified and experienced and encourage not only each individual child at their own pace but also encourage parents to take an active interest in their child’s development.

We also actively encourage parents to express any concerns, queries, or questions which they may have. We involve the parents within the Nursery, via parents’ days, informative sessions and speaking to the staff who are educating and caring for their children, as we recognise that a healthy partnership is very important for the individual child.
